Frequently Asked Questions

No reservations are required. If you're coming with a group (6 or more), we appreciate a heads-up, but it's not necessary.

We usually tell people to allot 45 minutes for the process from start to finish. This includes smelling all of the scents that we carry, deciding on your scents, and mixing your candle at the bar. Everyone is different, though! It might take you less time or more time, depending on how decisive you are. Larger groups tend to take a little longer than 45 minutes.

Well, we don't want to send you out the door with a container full of hot, melted wax. It takes about 90 minutes for your candle to set. You're welcome to come back the same day to pick up your candle or you can come back another day. We'll have it here for you!

$20-50, depending on the vessel you choose and the size.

We use a soy blend with cotton/paper wicks. We do not color our wax.

We do not repour into jars for liability reasons, but we do encourage you to find a way to reuse your container! If you find a cool way to reuse your container, we'd love to know!

Again, for liability reasons, we cannot. But we do have many beautiful options!

You can definitely bring drinks, but food is not permitted in the space during regular hours.
